Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of BuyOfferBid, including account verification, bidding, Buy Now purchases, payments, pickup, and customer-requested text messages.

Accounts and Verification

You must provide accurate account information and keep your phone number current. By entering your phone number to sign in, you consent to receive one-time account verification and account-security text messages from BuyOfferBid at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply.

Optional Auction Text Messages

Marketing text messages about auctions and new events are optional. You receive those messages only when you choose to opt in through a BuyOfferBid form or account setting. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to buy, bid, or use BuyOfferBid.

Opt-in and opt-out for BuyOfferBid text messages occur through the BuyOfferBid messaging number. To stop optional text messages, reply STOP to that number. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on auction and event activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No Mobile Data Sale or Marketing Sharing

BuyOfferBid does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Our website analytics and other uses of information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Bidding and Purchases

You are responsible for bids, winning bids, Buy Now purchases, taxes, fees, and timely payment. Do not bid or buy unless you intend to complete the purchase.

Item Condition

Review each item’s origin, condition grade, inspection status, contents status, notes, photographs, and pickup details before bidding or buying. Cosmetic grades do not promise that every function, feature, component, or accessory was tested or inventoried.

Buyer Assurance and As-Is Items

Items marked as covered include the 7-Day Buyer Assurance described in our Buyer Assurance Policy. Approved full returns ordinarily receive BuyOfferBid account credit for the item price and applicable tax originally charged. Items marked As-Is are final sale and are not covered. Auction purchases remain final sale for reasons not covered by Buyer Assurance.

Pickup

You are responsible for picking up purchases within seven calendar days after they are marked Ready for pickup and during the stated opening hours at the posted pickup location. Bring a photo ID matching the name on the order. Staff can look up your purchase by name. Items not picked up during the pickup period may be cancelled, restocked, or handled according to posted event rules.

Service Changes

We may update listings, correct errors, pause bidding, cancel transactions affected by obvious mistakes or suspected abuse, and modify these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
